All our fresh pasta is flash-frozen and shipped in temperature-controlled, insulated packaging with dry ice or gel packs to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition.

What is the shelf life of Pasta Reggio products?

Our fresh pasta can be refrigerated for up to 5 days or kept in the freezer for up to 3 months. Our dried artisanal selections have a shelf life of 12 to 18 months when stored in a cool, dry place.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

Yes, we offer a dedicated range of gluten-free pasta made from corn and rice flour, as well as egg-free vegan options like our traditional Orecchiette and Gnocchi.

Where does your flour come from?

We source 100% of our Durum Wheat Semolina and '00' flour from certified organic mills in the Puglia and Emilia-Romagna regions of Italy.
